  I am going to put forward yet another Childhood memory of mine which is still very fresh in my mind and this memory leads me to write an article which attempts to narrate how one of the India's best Mixer Grinder brand born and took the stride to become essential part of Indian Kitchen since more than 5 decades. We used to visit Pandharpur a famous pilgrimage place in southern Maharashtra where my cousins stay. My aunt has prepared Dosa and green chutney for breakfast to all the guests. My granny asked my aunt how you managed all this grinding the Dosa batter and preparing coconut chutney in so large quantity which was enough to all and that too so early in the morning. My aunt showed "Sumeet" mixer and said its because of this can do all these things so fast as this appliance is very efficient. Today is 83rd Anniversary of the Mumbai's Iconic Double Decker. Its really proud to say it completes 83years of her Service. Wow..... I still remember those wonderful days of 1989- 92....where my presence in mumbai along with brothers and sisters living in northern suburbs....these Double Deckers are all time favourite of each and every person living in Mumbai including me. It was amazing to travel in these double deckers whenever opportunity comes. I love those double deckers on SV road betwenn Andheri to Borivli....What were those days...no words to express. Currently double decker buses are left with a dwindling number of 120 with BEST, Whenever boarding a Double Decker, my first aim is to rush through the stairs and grab that first seat on the upper deck. Sitting exactly above the driver, enjoying the cool breeze entering through the front window. Travelling in a Double Decker is always a memorable experience. This year, its Festivals & New Years eve is different I still remember these fag end days of 2019...where we were all gearing for welcoming new year 2020....truly this year has two zeros in it but no one have ever wondered it will make entire world's life to be zero... Anyways... Looking at this entire year... It was full of tension, pain, fear that is consistently hammering us, some have suffered and some are still suffering. All are taking steps to come out of this and come back to normal life... While we do this we have these getting to celebrate festivals one after the other right from Gouri ganeshotsav, navratri, Dushehra, Diwali and now its Christmas and finally New Year eve..... Its totally different this time.... During these festivals is not about having a grand vacation at an exotic location or any other location on this earth or having my house is sparkling clean and decked up for these festivals for guests to come, it is not about whether I have prepared a variet...

Get Together with Friends at Panchgani Those last two days of Nivemember 2020 were so amazing that I cant even dream about any trip with families can be so much fun. Ultimate enjoyment of 48 hours. I think this is first time in this 20 years history of IT work profile that you planned a weekend and you were not disturbed with unreasonable office calls. Time well spent, with tripple enjoyment with almost negligible expense of Rs. 1750 per person per day including food stay outing and recreation. I can bet there cannot be any better deal than this.  The most fascinating and wonderful part is all 11 children with varied age groups bonded so well.. that they have decided to extend the fun even after the trip at one friends house... Kande pohe - In Maharashtrian families, the formal meeting of the boy and girl for marriage engagement  is referred to as Kande-pohe or Chaha-pohe. ...kande pohe with topping of grated coconut , chopped coriander and a slice of lemon. As the name sounds it is  a traditional Maharastrian recipe of rice flakes ,mostly eaten for breakfast in Marathi homes . This is the dish you will expect to be made when you are a guest at any Marathi home and no matter what time of the day it is we offer this usually with tea to our guest . The most amazing aspect about this dish is that it is being made  from years till today and despite the advent of many other dishes is still the key dish in traditional Marathi families. Even Kellogg’s could not replace it 😊

वक्त गुजार रहा हूं.. इस होम क्वारंटाइन के दौर में... कमरें में बंद हूं... वक्त भाग रहा है इन ओॉफिस के कॉल्स में.. खाना पिना टाईम पे कर रहा हूं.. ऐसा लग्ने लगा है घर में हूं या होटेल में... परिवार वाले और दोस्तों से रोज बातें कर्ता हूं... वाट्सप व  झूम के बगैर चला जाना या डिप्रेशन में..
